| Cases in which the client has no attorney | | Product liability (other than drug or class action) | Cases in which the injured party is currently a minor (under 18 yrs)
| Medical and legal malpractice
| Class action lawsuits | Wrongful death
| Cases in which the defendant has no ability to repay the claim (that is, no insurance)
| | Employment & harassment cases | Cases in which the client or attorney is currently in bankruptcy
| Judgments
| Cases in which the client’s medical and/or other liens exceed the insurance policy limits | | | | | Verdict and appeals funding | Cases in which the client has no provable injuries |
About Minimum Injuries Severe injuries, such as broken bones and surgeries, typically mean larger advances. Also, any clients who have injuries that are more severe than bruises (contusions), whiplash, strains, or sprains will be considered. However, some clients have injuries that are so minor, they fall below our minimum threshold. When a client has only disc injuries, then, at a minimum, these injuries should be bulging, herniated, protruding, or extruding discs that require treatment with epidural injections.
